Now as Group Operations Director, I lead with a passion for operational excellence, seamless service, and client-first thinking. My focus is simple: take the stress of facilities management off our clients’ plates so they can focus on delighting their customers.

Rab Marnell
I first joined Cloud in 2013 as an engineering supervisor, very much hands-on and actually carrying out the maintenance across our clients sites. I was fortunate to grow with the business through its early expansion, before stepping away in 2020 to broaden my experience. Returning in 2023 and stepping into the Head of Operations role in May 2025, I’m focused on bringing together every element of service delivery — from task initiation to completion — for seamless, transparent operations. With a brilliant team, engaged supply chain partners, and the innovative Freedom platform keeping clients informed every step of the way, we’re delivering FM the way it should be.

Dan Goulbourne
Over the years I've progressed to a Senior Account Manager, overseeing the delivery of services to The Range, Tui, The White Company, TGI Fridays and many more.
My goal is to keep our clients and their customers, safe and compliant while maintaining budgets. Often there's a curve ball and finding the solution and I thoroughly enjoy that challenge.
Dean Peters
I began life at Cloud as an engineer over 10 years ago and have worked in far too many roles to list them all here, what I can say I have enjoyed every position and the challenges each provided, I think credit goes to the people I have worked with all along each stage of that journey and coupled alongside our culture are the main reasons I love working here.
We have a great working relationship with the client, established over time with an honest open approach to any problems. This approach really does make our day to day a pleasure and the understanding that we can work together to overcome all issues we encounter.
Louise Hewett
I’ve been with Cloud for 10 years, working mainly for retail and commercial premises. Having a retail store manager background myself helps with building client relationships, as I understand the stress of not being able to secure at the end of the day and having to stay late for engineers or security guards. I enjoy that every day is different and responding as quickly as possible so clients can get back to what they do best for their own customers. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built with my clients - improving their compliance and resolving issues.
It’s great working at Cloud because we have a team that are always helping and motivating each other as well as looking for new ways to do things.
Outside work, I’m taxi for my daughter to various clubs/activities. I also play netball twice a week and have two cheeky cats that keep me busy. In the past I’ve looked after 8 guide dogs that were completing their training, it’s really rewarding.
Sam Blank
I have 9 years experience in FM progressing from Helpdesk and now acting as Account manager for The Rank Group (Grosvenor casinos and Mecca Bingo).
I've previously supported Krispy Kreme, Pizza Express, Ask Italian, Zizzi and KFC.
At this week's event, I'm looking forward to gaining insight into the challenges of the hospitality industry to help Cloud further develop solutions to improve our customers' experience.
Lewis McLennan
Lewis is Lead Developer at Cloudfm Group and responsible for managing our team of developers to support the crafting of well-engineered and documented code in a variety of languages for Cloudfm products.
Collectively, the team lead the development of key applications/software products (web and/or mobile) and Lewis works alongside our Director of Products, to enable our developers to achieve the desired product outcomes on time, on budget, and ensuring the highest quality and standards throughout our relationship with clients.
Elliot Bate
As Junior Product Manager at Cloud, I get to spend my time improving our Freedom CAFM platform and apps by listening to where things aren’t working and helping shape better solutions. I’m interested in showcasing how Freedom can help your business succeed and chatting with people in hospitality who’ve seen the day-to-day challenges first hand.
