Cloud - born of innovation

Cloud was formed as Cloudfm Group in 2011 as a deliberately disruptive force in the world of facilities management. The purpose of the business was to 'Restore trust in a failing industry through changing the rules'.

In 2019 Cloud was awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise: in the Innovation category. This award was in recognition of Cloud's innovative technology platform Freedom, which coupled with the People Services behind delivering Hard FM services to our clients, offered an entirely new concept to our industry. This was the first time in 10 years that a facilities management business had won this accolade.

Following the success of Cloud's fresh approach to the market, we continued to grow and innovate, and in 2023 we launched Mindsett, a ground-breaking asset management solution offering the first IoT platform that does not rely on sensors.
